I started seeing Strider to help improve my overall body mechanics when it came to running as I had a goal of qualifying for the Boston Marathon. He was very knowledgeable and friendly from the first initial assessment. After 6 months of feeling really good and improvement in my body and how it relates to running I injured my foot during one of my runs.
Strider quickly went into action on how to get me over the injury and back to running form.
After a few short months of new exercises and stretches I was able to run a marathon. Six weeks later was the moment I had been waiting for. I felt good and my foot felt back to normal. I qualified for Boston on that Race.
I definitely owe a lot of this Effort and Care to Strider! He was always very positive during each visit and he maintained a professionalism that you’d expect from someone who devotes his life to Health and Fitness.
